The entity that processes direct deposits (The Automated Clearing House) encountered an error that affected nearly a million transactions nationwide. We have been told by our bank that a small number of our recipients were likely affected. The Clearing House is working on the issue, however an estimated time to fix the problem is not yet available. We will keep you posted as to their progress. If you have not received your payment by Monday, November 6, 2023 please contact the Fund office and we will work with you to get your benefit payment.
